We are seeking a proactive AI Integrator / Automation Specialist to analyze client business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement AI-driven solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design optimized workflows and deploy AI agents that seamlessly connect business tools and systems. You will ensure smooth rollouts through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
You will be working on our internal product, focused on process optimization and automation for clients.
What you will do
Analyze existing customer business process in tight cooperation with stakeholder, define "state-to-be" -= optimised BP, implement improvements via automation and agents to identify automation opportunities;
Design and deploy AI agents using lo-code/no-code platforms;
Integrate AI solutions with customer tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, Slack, Notion, Gmail);
Test, monitor, and fine-tune AI agents to ensure reliability and performance;
Collaborate closely with product, development, and client teams, customer stakeholders, process owners and decision makers to ensure smooth rollouts.
Our tech stack
Hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code/low-code automation platforms;
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow logic;
Familiarity with basic programming/scripting Python or Node.js (a plus);
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering;
Analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into scalable automation flows;
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
